This Privacy Policy explains how Real Partner Marketing LLC ("RPM," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information in connection with realpartnermarketing.com (the "Site"). It applies to information we collect through the Site. It does not apply to information we process on behalf of our clients under a separate services agreement, where our client is the controller and its own privacy notice governs.
1. Information We Collect
Information you give us. When you submit our contact form we collect your name, work email address, phone number, company name, company website, your role, your monthly acquisition spend range, and the content of your message.
Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site we and our analytics and advertising providers automatically collect your IP address, browser and device type, operating system, referring URL, pages viewed, links clicked, and time spent on pages, using cookies and similar technologies.
Marketing attribution parameters. We capture campaign parameters present in the URL you arrive with — utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_term, utm_content — and advertising click identifiers such as gclid, fbclid, and msclkid, and associate them with a form submission if you make one.
We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information, and we ask that you not include confidential or sensitive information in the free-text message field.
2. How We Use Information
To respond to your inquiry and communicate with you about your request; to evaluate whether our services fit your business; to operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Site; to measure and improve the performance of our marketing, including attributing inquiries to the campaigns that produced them; to send you business communications where you have asked for them or where we have a legitimate interest and you have not opted out; and to comply with law and enforce our terms.
Phone contact and text messages. If you provide your phone number and give consent, we may contact you by phone call and SMS text message about your inquiry, including using automated dialing technology and prerecorded or AI-generated voice. You can revoke that consent at any time by replying STOP to any text, telling us during a call, or emailing hello@realpartnermarketing.com. We honor revocation requests across all channels within ten business days.
3. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
The Site uses cookies and similar technologies from the following providers: Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager (analytics), Google Ads (advertising and conversion measurement), the Meta pixel (advertising and conversion measurement), and the LinkedIn Insight Tag (advertising and conversion measurement). These providers may set cookies that allow them to recognize your browser across sites and to show you advertising based on your visit.
You can control cookies through your browser settings. You can opt out of Google Analytics using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on, manage Google advertising personalization in your Google Ads Settings, manage Meta advertising preferences in your Facebook Ad Preferences, and manage LinkedIn advertising preferences in your LinkedIn account settings. Industry opt-out tools are also available through the Digital Advertising Alliance and the Network Advertising Initiative. Blocking cookies may affect how parts of the Site function.
4. How We Share Information
We share personal information with service providers who process it on our behalf — website hosting, analytics, advertising platforms, email and customer relationship management — and only for the purposes described in this policy. We may disclose information where required by law, subpoena, or other legal process, to protect our rights, property, or safety or that of others, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, in which case this policy will continue to apply to the transferred information.
We do not sell personal information for money. However, our use of advertising cookies and pixels may be considered a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising under California law. See the California section below for how to opt out.
5. Legal Bases for Processing (EEA and UK)
Where the EU or UK General Data Protection Regulation applies, we process personal information on the following legal bases: performance of a contract or steps taken at your request prior to entering a contract, where you submit an inquiry; our legitimate interests in operating, securing, and marketing our business, balanced against your rights; your consent, where required, including for non-essential cookies and advertising technologies, which you may withdraw at any time; and compliance with a legal obligation.
6. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you; to request correction of inaccurate information; to request deletion; to request restriction of or object to certain processing; to request a portable copy of information you provided; to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent; and to be free from discrimination for exercising these rights.
If you are in the EEA or UK, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
7. California Privacy Rights
If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act gives you the right to know what personal information we collect, use, disclose, and share; to request deletion; to request correction; to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising; to limit the use of sensitive personal information; and to be free from retaliation for exercising these rights.
In the preceding twelve months we have collected the following categories of personal information: identifiers (name, email address, IP address, online identifiers), commercial information (the acquisition spend range you report), professional or employment information (company, website, role), and internet or other electronic network activity (browsing and interaction data). We disclose these categories to the service providers described above.
To opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, email us at hello@realpartnermarketing.com with the subject line "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information," or transmit an opt-out preference signal such as Global Privacy Control from your browser, which we honor as a valid opt-out request. You may use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf; we may require proof of the agent's authority.
8. How to Exercise Your Rights
Email hello@realpartnermarketing.com or write to us at the address at the end of this policy. We will verify your request using information reasonably available to us, which may include asking you to confirm details you previously provided. We respond within the time required by applicable law.
9. Data Retention
We keep inquiry information for as long as needed to respond to you and to maintain a record of the business relationship, and afterward only as long as necessary for legitimate business purposes or to meet legal, tax, or accounting requirements. Analytics and advertising data is retained according to the retention settings of the relevant provider.
10. International Transfers
We are based in the United States and process information here. If you access the Site from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
11. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
12. Children's Privacy
The Site is intended for business use by adults and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
13. Third-Party Links
The Site may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites, and this policy does not apply to them.
14. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will revise the "Last updated" date at the top and, where the changes are material, provide a more prominent notice.
